The concept of GaelicPerformance was established by Monaghan Senior Footballer, Dermot Mc Ardle, with the aim to be a complete source for all coaching and games requirements. Whatever your level or role, our website and company aim to provide software, equipment, services, camps, and advice that will help improve your performance. Our slogan is “Advancing Gaelic Games through Innovation". We want to bring World Class standards and people into Gaelic Games. This in turn will help keep Irish sporting talent playing our national games,and allow our organisation to continue to flourish
