Deep Squat With Front Press

In this Exercise we are looking to improve Squat Depth, Hip Mobility, and overall lower body and core strength. By Pushing the RAMroller out while you squat down, this acts as a Counter balance, allowing you to go deeper.

Do 5 Sets of 10 with 30 Seconds - 1 minute rest between sets
