GaelicPerformance is run by JP Mone and Dermot Mc Ardle, who once upon a time played County Football for Monaghan

While they played with each other for Monaghan for many years, they have both also been rivals, as their respective clubs Clontibret and Castleblayney battled it out for local bragging rights and senior championships.

Both men are now heavily involved with their clubs at juvenile level, where they are trying help the next generation to continue the proud traditions of their clubs, and maybe make it to county level too.

JP is married to Dermot's sister, which complicates things even more....
