Upper Body Stability and Strength

This Press Up Modification is excellent for developing a resilient core and upper body strength. Very often in games and training, the core is challenged in no linear ways, yet we often train it using standard planks etc.

If you don't have RAMroller you could use 2 standard Foam Rollers, but just make sure they are strong ones.

Try 5 sets of 20 with 30 second to 1 minute rest
